Special Notes (please read) – This trip is open to anyone who wants to travel and take advantage of our special Maui, HI tour package pricing which is deeply discounted under the listed prices you will find any where for the top quality travel package we will be providing. Also, players can participate in this tournament who will be turning of age next calendar year for their respective age group, i.e. if you are turning 39 years old before 1/1/2009 you can play in the 40 an older division of this tournament. Each attendee using FSSA Travel Package must make a down payment to reserve airline seats. Attendees MUST be able to depart from one of the airports to be designated by the official FSSA travel agency in order to receive the discounted tour package rates.

Tour Price/Entry Fees/Deadline: Team and Individual Packages Available (prices per person unless listed otherwise)
$1,695.00 – For Individuals who want to travel using FSSA deeply discounted package deal (Not Player). West Coast cost $1,250.00

$1,695.00 – For Players who don’t have a team and want to play on FSSA Team Note (1). West Coast travelers cost $1,250

$1,695.00 – For Teams who choose to travel through FSSA Travel Services Note (2). West Coast travelers cost $1,250

$ 595.00 per team – For Teams who do NOT choose to use our FSSA Travel Services Note (3).

(1) This price includes tournament entry fee and FSSA Player uniforms (T-shirts & Hats).

(2) This price includes tournament entry fee and registration. Teams must have at least 10 travelers from one airport to qualify for special FSSA Rate.

All Fees must be received and/or postmarked by December 1, 2007 if you are traveling under the FSSA tour package. Deadline for TEAM Entry Fees if you plan on traveling on your own and NOT taking advantage of the FSSA tour package pricing is January 1, 2008.

Travel Options:
Travel taking advantage of the FSSA deeply discounted package deal includes Round-Trip Airfare and Hotel/Condos (2 person occupancy per room required) for dates listed above. If you which to take advantage of this option then you will need to send one Tour Entry Form for every person traveling along with FULLY REFUNDABLE $150.00 per person deposit on or before December 1, 2007 to insure that you can get the FSSA package price. Final payments for FSSA travel packages due by March 1, 2008. FSSA has six years experience on the island and can save time and $$$ on activities to maximize your stay in MAUI. We add value to your trip!
